Private and good location

Location, it was very clean and there where only 2 other rooms so it was pretty private

The toilet has a pump that made a very loud noise every 20-30 minutes.

perfect and clean guesthouse

it was so clean and the balcony was amazing with an awesome view. beds were very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. location was amazing as well!!

the steps to get up to the apartment were brutal. especially with luggage and there is no elevator.

Wonderful

Space was better than anticipated, a shared hallway with two beds and a bathroom for two couples. Well worth the price. Rooms were big enough, beds comfortable and great views of town. Great sized balcony for a night cap or morning relaxing. Very centrally located and easy to get around and eat

good enough for a short stay in a very central location

location, fantastic mattess

small, shower did not drain properly, extractor fan in bathroom was very dirty (was immediately cleaned at request, though), aircon remote interfered with TV that started in the middle of the night several times, window gives onto tiny airvent, opposite window very close (including noise when wi dow open and smells from below)

Good location, amenities and check-in instructions could be better!

The room was a good size and the bed was big. There was a tv and a closet. The bathroom was private and clean. The property was in a great location, 700 feet from the Academy Gallery and less then half a mile from the Uffizi Gallery and Duomo Complex.

There was no reception, it was all remote, which was a little weird and confusing. When you enter into the building the place is super dark and you have to manually turn on the light switch which seems obvious, but we walked past it because we didn’t know. The room is on the top floor (no elevator) and it was four flights up. The hallway also smelled bad like mildew and everything was really confusing at first because there is no physical reception at the property. The room itself was nice, but we had a view of a wall. Our top blanket cover had some stains on it and our sink was a little leaky. There also was no refrigerator or water kettle, so when we grocery shopped we could not buy anything that needed to be kept cold. There was no breakfast option provided at the property, so that kind of sucked.

close to the city center and every touristic attraction, on the main street, clean and spacious rooms, with towels, bedding and blankets

you have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and they're a bit steep, after a long day of walikng around the city it gets uncomfortable on the bright side it works your glutes tho :))

Superb

Great location for reach everywhere. The house is very close to city center. Also you can go by walk train station, cathedral, some shopping streets.

The building has no elevator. It was a torture to go to the apartment with a baby car and 3 years old kid.

Good for a short stays

Nicely located guesthouse. The downstairs door was open (sign says to not lock it) so we were able to walk straight up to the top floor on arrival. A quick call to the owner who responded quickly and they were able to open the guesthouse door remotely for us. Lovely balcony with a nice view - a bit small but covered. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. There were no facilities other than for sleeping/washing but plenty of places to eat/drink nearby. We were able to leave the luggage on checkout and pick it up later in the day.

A few mosquitos on the walls, nothing a quick tissue couldn't sort out. Annoying step up into the bathroom can trip you up if not paying attention as the floor tiles are all the same throughout. The lock on the main door that opens with the blue key needs a bit of strength to get the key to turn to open the door. Air con/heater remote seems to turn on the TV as well.
